Maintenance Technicians - (HVAC)

Applicants must have experience in all areas of residential maintenance (i.e electrical, plumbing, appliances, minor carpentry.) Must have own vehicle and the ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background check. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to share on-call rotation with others is required. PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT RE-APPLY.

*Possession of EPA certification required for all HVAC vacancies.

Property Management (Leasing Professionals)

We're always in search of experienced leasing professionals with exceptional sales and customer service abilities along with a “can do” attitude! Primary responsibilities include: maintaining the day to day operation of the property, leasing/customer service skills and strong sales abilities (ability and willingness to “close” the deal)! A pleasant and professional demeanor and the ability to multi-task, along with proven computer and organizational skills are a must!

Section 8, Fair Housing knowledge and multilingual skills are a definite plus! Candidates must submit to and successfully complete pre-employment screening (background and drug test) prior to hire.
