We are keeping up with accommodations to ensure your continued ease of access to our services.
Although residential pools will remain closed until further notice, we are taking steps to open the rental offices by appointment only & open fitness centers adhering to a safe protocol.
Plaza Properties is continuing to take preventative measures in order to adhere to the CDC guidelines.
We understand that financial issues are arising for some during this time. We want to be as accessible as possible during this time. You can call your rental office during regular business hours with any issues & to schedule a meeting with your Community Manager if needed. They are available to help you!
Plaza Properties is especially thankful to our Service Techs for continuing to be on the front lines to serve our residents and their needs!
The corporate office is still accepting payments. Our drop box is available 24/7 for your convenience so you can continue to submit payments, write on your payment coupon or your envelope that you would like a receipt and we will mail one to you!
